Franchise Opportunities

francesca's® is a publicly traded company with locations in 45 states. We provide our shoppers with an eclectic, carefully chosen assortment of treasured items. francesca's® currently does not provide franchise opportunities.


Social Login

With Social Login, you don't need to enter a new username or personal info, you can just get going right away.

If you are not yet registered with francesca's®, you can now register quickly and easily.

If you already have a francesca's® account, you can connect it via your Facebook, Google, PayPal or Amazon account. Then in the future it will be easier for you to login to francesca's®.

P.S. Don't worry, we won't make any social posts on your behalf, or pass your personal information along to any third parties.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You may also track your order here.


Modifying Your Order

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. You may email Guest Services or call 1.800.980.1180 during business hours (Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST) to receive the status of your order.


P.O. Box Addresses and APO's

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses or APO's.


International Orders

Unfortunately, francesca's® does not ship internationally yet.


Online Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

You may return regularly priced items purchased online to any of our francesca's® locations or by mailing them to our online boutique within thirty days of the ship date. Please note: our Return & Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made at www.francescas.com, and this same policy is not available in stores. Unfortunately, items purchased at our stores may not be returned online. Sale items purchased online may only be returned to the online boutique and are not available for refund or exchange at any francesca's® store. Promotion items may be mailed back or returned at our stores. Please refer to our complete Return & Exchange Policy.


Out of Stock Items

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. francesca's® strives to provide our customers with fresh new products, therefore; we rarely reorder an item once it has sold out. If an item is not found online, then the online store is out of stock. You may contact your nearest boutique to see if the item is still available at the store.
