About Expected Arrival Dates

Expected arrival dates for Savvy Saver and Standard are estimated ranges and are not guaranteed. Although we will do our best to meet these estimates, additional time may be required to receive your delivery. If you need to guarantee delivery by a certain date, or need the order delivered faster, we recommend upgrading to, Express 3-Day, or Overnight shipping.

Savvy Saver

Orders will ship Savvy Saver unless an alternative shipment method is selected. If Savvy Saver is selected, orders will ship via USPS. All orders eligible for free shipping will ship Savvy Saver. Savvy Saver orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.

Standard Service

Orders typically arrive in less than 5 business days after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Standard orders are delivered by FedEx or USPS Monday through Saturday. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.

Express 3-Day Service

Orders arrive in 3 business days guaranteed if the order is placed before 11 a.m. CST on a business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. CST will be shipped on the following business day. Express orders are delivered Monday through Friday by FedEx. Express service is only available for the Continental U.S. Express orders will not be shipped on holidays.

Overnight Service

Overnight orders arrive the next business day guaranteed if the order is placed before 11 a.m. CST on a business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. CST will be shipped on the following business day. Overnight orders are delivered Monday through Friday via FedEx. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available for this service. Overnight is only available for the Continental U.S. Overnight orders will not be shipped on holidays.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email will confirm that your order was placed and will provide an order confirmation number, which can be referenced as needed. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent with tracking information.
