Return Policy

All eligible items* must be returned or exchanged accompanied with original receipt within 21 days of when you received your item(s). After 21 days returns or exchanges are still eligible for a merchandise credit up to 90 days.

*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE, intimates, gift cards, and swimwear.

How do I return or exchange my item(s)?

Boutique Purchases

Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we’ll be happy to refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or give you merchandise credit if past 21 days) or exchange your item(s). If you don’t have a receipt, you will be given merchandise credit. If you don’t have your receipt, we will issue you merchandise credit for the lowest price of the item(s) in the prior ninety (90) days. Purchases made in boutiques can only be returned to boutiques at this time.

Online Purchases

In Boutiques: Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we’ll be happy to refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or give you merchandise credit if past 21 days) or exchange your item(s). PayPal orders can currently be returned in a boutique for merchandise credit only.

By Mail:

For returns, send us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or email you merchandise credit if past 21 days) less a $5.00 charge if you use our shipping label. For exchanges, send us the item(s) you wish to exchange for FREE by using our shipping label. We’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or email you merchandise credit if more than 21 days past the date of delivery) once we receive the item(s). We recommend purchasing your replacement item(s) as soon as possible as quantities are limited.

How do I initiate your return or exchange?

Step 2 – Affix the label you printed to the original packaging directly over the original mailing label. Make sure the merchandise and online packing slip are included.

Step 3 – Drop the package off at any FedEx location, drop box, or with a FedEx driver.

How long does it take to receive a refund or merchandise credit for online returns?

You should see a refund in 7-14 business days from the day we receive the original item. Merchandise credit will be emailed to you in the form of an e-gift card in 2-3 business days from the day we receive the original item.

How do I return an item you received as a gift?

If you have the original receipt, we can credit the original payment method or give you merchandise credit if it’s more than 21 days past the date of delivery. If you don’t have a receipt, you will be given merchandise credit.

How do I return an item that was bought on sale/with a promo code?

If you have your receipt, we will refund you for the amount that you paid for the items. If you don’t have your receipt, we will issue you merchandise credit for the current price of the item(s).
