Return Policy
As of January 14, 2026, all sales are final.
At this time, we are no longer accepting returns. We are more than 21 days past January 16th, which was the final purchase date we were honoring returns. Guests who purchased before January 16th may complete an exchange only within 90 days of their original purchase date. This applies to both web and boutique purchases.
In addition, we are no longer able to offer price adjustments as all sales are final during our store closing process.
Please ensure you and your team are fully aware of this update. While we always strive to do the right thing for our guests, this policy must be upheld during our liquidation process.
* Gift Cards are all final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
Boutique Purchases
Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we'll be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. Purchases made in boutiques can only be returned to boutiques at this time.
Orders Placed in Boutique
Special Orders placed in a boutique can be returned to any of our boutiques. We are unable to accept special order returns by mail.
Online Purchases
In Boutiques: Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we'll be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method.
