Social Media Image Authorization and Release
By commenting #yesfran, you agree to this Image Authorization and Release as of the date of your comment. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you hereby give and grant in perpetuity to Francesca’s Services Corporation, and its affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, employees, and agents (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Francesca’s”), the irrevocable right, permission and license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and/or otherwise use the image on which you commented #yesfran including your username, handle and caption (the “Image”) in such manner, for such purposes, and with such frequency, in whole or in part, as Francesca’s shall determine in its sole discretion, without further compensation or consideration to you and without further authorization or approval by you.
You also release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Francesca’s from and against any and all liability to you or any third parties resulting from their use of the Image. You acknowledge that your authorization and release is voluntary and represent that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Nothing herein shall constitute any obligation on the part of Francesca’s to make any use of any of the rights granted herein. This Authorization and Release shall be binding upon your heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives.
